These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and i999. By accessing or using any part of the i999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Key Principles
i999 is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. Age verification is applied at account level and may be required before withdrawals.
Each individual may hold only one active i999 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Users accept full responsibility for verifying applicable local laws before transacting.
Users must not manipulate games, exploit bugs, or use automated tools. Any such activity results in permanent account termination.
Users are solely responsible for confirming that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before creating an account or placing any wager.
i999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the i999 platform, including its website, gaming products, sports betting services, casino games, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any feature of the i999 Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2.2 i999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.3 You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your location and personal circumstances. i999 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited accept full legal risk for their participation.
2.4 Each individual may register only one Account. Duplicate accounts discovered by i999 will be closed, and any Balance associated with the duplicate account may be forfeited.
2.5 You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. i999 may suspend Accounts where information is found to be false or materially incomplete.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode with any third party.
3.2 You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify i999 immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Accounts must not be used on behalf of, or funded by, any third party. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
3.4 i999 accounts are for personal recreational use only. Commercial use, systematic trading strategies, or any form of professional arbitrage betting is prohibited unless explicitly authorised in writing by i999.
4.1 Deposits are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods currently listed on the Platform, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. i999 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the Account, or to a method verified as belonging to the Account holder. i999 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal processing times vary by method. i999 targets timely processing but does not guarantee specific timeframes. Delays caused by third-party financial institutions are outside i999's control.
4.5 i999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Terms violations. Funds found to be associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
5.1 All sports bets placed on i999 — including cricket, PSL, international matches, and other events — are subject to the specific betting rules displayed at the time of wagering. These rules govern settlement, void bets, and dispute resolution.
5.2 i999 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error, including incorrect odds caused by system malfunction or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Account Balance.
5.3 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes. i999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is publicly disclosed in the game information panel.
5.4 Once a Wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or altered by the User, except where explicitly permitted by specific game or event rules.
5.5 Maximum winnings per event, per day, or per game type may be capped at i999's discretion. Applicable caps are displayed in the relevant game or betting section.
6.1 Promotional offers available on i999 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, expiry periods, and game eligibility conditions. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
6.2 Bonus Funds credited to an Account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in Bonus Funds being removed from the Account.
6.3 i999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a User under an accepted offer are not retroactively removed.
6.4 Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i999 Platform:
i999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account involved in prohibited conduct and to withhold or forfeit any associated Balance where legally permissible.
8.1 All content on the i999 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, game assets, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of i999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from i999.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
9.2 i999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, and other technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. i999 accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.
9.3 i999's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 i999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Users are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders from within their Account settings. These tools are available at no cost and take effect promptly upon activation.
10.2 Self-exclusion is available to any User who wishes to suspend access to their Account for a defined or indefinite period. To activate self-exclusion, contact i999 support at [email protected]. i999 will action self-exclusion requests promptly. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period expires will not be honoured.
10.3 i999 reserves the right to impose mandatory deposit limits or Account restrictions where usage patterns suggest a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
10.4 Gaming involves financial risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. i999 strongly advises Users to treat gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income.
11.1 i999 may suspend or permanently close any Account at any time with or without prior notice if it determines that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld or forfeited depending on the nature of the breach and applicable legal obligations.
11.3 Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting i999 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Balance not subject to a wagering requirement will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. i999 operates under the terms of its applicable international gaming licence and complies with the conditions of that licence.
12.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through i999's internal complaints process may be referred to applicable dispute resolution bodies as specified by i999's licensing authority.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under mandatory local consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
13.1 i999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
